5.3. Retreat bookings are subject to availability and may involve additional participant agreements, including health waivers, indemnity forms, and cancellation terms (see Section 11).

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Should any dispute arise under these Terms, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

8.2. If unresolved, the parties will attend mediation in New South Wales, Australia. If mediation fails within 60 days, legal proceedings may be initiated in the courts of New South Wales.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder will continue in effect.

11. Specific Retreat & Event Terms

11.1. Retreat bookings require full payment or a deposit to secure your place. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to an administration fee. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event's start date.

11.2. Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance and must disclose relevant health conditions before participation.

11.3. GO MAMA Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat or event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.
