Nature of the Relationship:
GO MAMA Coaching is a forward-focused, action-oriented experience designed to support you in clarifying your vision, elevating your energy, and taking aligned steps toward the life you want to build. This is not therapy or counselling, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. As a client, you understand that your progress depends on your own effort, commitment, and follow-through. 

Confidentiality: 
Everything you share during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your written permission, unless required by law. You are, of course, free to share your coaching experience with others as you wish. 
Please note: Your name and contact details may appear on a confidential coaching log submitted to the International Coach Federation as part of certification requirements. If you have concerns about this, please let us know before coaching begins. 

Support Between Sessions: 
You’re welcome to reach out via email between sessions to share wins, questions, or updates. We love being part of your momentum. 

Rescheduling + Cancellations: 
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 36 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice may be charged in full. We’ll always do our best to find a new time that works for both of us. 

Termination Policy: 
Either party may end this coaching relationship at any time with two (2) weeks’ written notice. 

Limited Liability:
Except as expressly provided in this agreement, GO MAMA Coaching, its affiliates, and its representatives make no guarantees, warranties, or representations, express or implied, with respect to the coaching services provided. The coaching relationship is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, psychological, or other qualified professionals. 

In no event shall GO MAMA Coaching be liable to the client for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort (including but not limited to negligence), even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 

The total liability of GO MAMA Coaching, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client to GO MAMA Coaching under this agreement for services rendered up to the date of termination. 

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. 

Schedule & Investment: 
Each coaching session runs between 45–60 minutes and is priced at $250 + GST AUD. You may pay session-by-session or in advance for multiple sessions. Rates will be reviewed annually and may be subject to change.
